MR MA
Mr Ma was born in Bac Lieu, 287km south of Saigon. He spent his childhood and teenage years growing up in Saigon. Mr Ma moved to Australia 30 years ago at the age of 17. He lived in Melbourne and worked in the family restaurant until 2005 when he moved to Brisbane, bringing along his family recipes.

HA LE
Ha Le was born and grew up in Saigon. At 16 she started her own business in the busy Ben Thanh Saigon Markets, selling fabric. She has owned her own businesses ever since. Ha came to Australia in 1993 and opened a hair salon in Melbourne in 1995. Ha Le started in the restaurant industry 5 years ago being her personality and attention to customers needs to her restaurant.
She’s not happy unless you leave with a smile!
